Winter 2017 saw the launch of Blooming Copenhagen, founded by Anne-Mette and
Thomas. We opened our first shop at Strandvejen 112. We plan to open more branches
of Blooming over the next few years.

At Blooming our décor is dramatic, artistic and adventurous. We are not a run-of-the-mill
flower shop. You will discover a floral universe featuring specially selected flowers, which
we meticulously transform into personal bouquets with imagination and creativity.
Naturally, we also have a huge range of plants, carefully selected according to the
season.

We gained our experience in the fashion industry (Anne-Mette is a graduate of the Royal
Danish Academy of Fine Arts’ School of Design), which is reflected in the unusual,
innovative style of our bouquets.

The Danish magazine Bo Bedre wrote: “Anne-Mette’s bouquets are like small collages of
flowers – artworks for 2017 in the spirit of Karen Blixen.”
We are here to stay, and look forward to welcoming you in one of our shops.
